Returns Policy

Returns for Cushions

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the cushion must be in saleable condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

  • A £15 re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each cushion returned.

  • Please contact us at sales@ospreyarchitects.co.uk before sending your return so we can provide further instructions.

Furniture and Bespoke Items

  • No returns are accepted on furniture or any bespoke/custom-made items.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund (minus the £15 re-stocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
